What data we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run our business.
- Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, and any message you send.
- Scheduling data. Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and chosen time slot on our behalf.
- Technical data. Our site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. When the page loads web fonts from Google Fonts, your IP address is shared with Google to deliver those fonts.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We process personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
- schedule and hold introductory or project calls;
- provide and manage our consulting services;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Our legal basis is your consent (which you give by contacting us or booking a call) and the performance of, or steps toward, a contract with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Calendly (call scheduling).
- Meta / WhatsApp (if you contact us through WhatsApp).
- Google Fonts (font delivery, as described above).
Some of these providers are located outside the UAE, so your data may be transferred internationally. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPL.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format;
